Cancellation/Return Policy

Please review our Easy return, exchange, and cancellation policy before placing your order.  

Cancellation Policy :

  1. In-case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
  2. You can request your order cancellation by sending us an email on customercare@aprudha.com. Please include your Order number, name and phone number 

Return Policy :

  1. In case the courier package received by you is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please do not accept the package. Mail us at customercare@aprudha.com mentioning your Order Number. The replacement package will be sent to you with no additional cost.
  2. Raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment by mailing us at customercare@aprudha.com with your Order Number, Name and Phone number and send us pictures in case you find a defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product
  3. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. 
  4. Incase we do not have pick up courier service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping in case of defects.
  5. For Free shipping items, the actual shipping charges levied by our logistic partner for sending and return will be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. No return policy for international customers.

Exchange Policy: 

  1. Raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request by emailing us at hello@aprudha.com You will receive an approval mail from us within 24 hours if the request is accepted
  2. For exchanges, the customer would need to bear the additional shipping charges for return and resend
  3. A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email or whatsapp which needs to be printed and attached on the package for reverse pick up
  4. If you have to ship yourself, please mention your name, phone number, address and order number on the packet
  5. Orders can be returned in original packing only
  6. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  7. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it, the product was customised for you or was a bulk order > 100 individual items.
  8. For Free shipping items, the actual shipping charges levied by our logistic partner for sending and return will be deducted from the refund amount.
